70% enterprises sign collective labor agreement

Implementing improving quality of negotiating, signing and effective performing of collective labor agreement in 2013-2018 period, Thu Dau Mot City Labor Confederation set the target up to 2018 to achieve that over 70% non-state-owned enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises having trade unions will agree to negotiate and sign collective labor agreement.

In addition, 80% and more of signed collective labor agreements were ensured quality with more advantageous provisions to labors and effective implementation.
