From the beginning of the year, Bau Bang district has granted 56 new land use certificates; 1,220 cases of land change registration; implementation of 963 cases of registration of mortgage of land use rights; accept registration of environmental protection plan for 7 cases; Agreement on investment locations 6 cases. Along with that, the district inspected the protection of environment, land and water resources for 23 cases, detected and handled 10 violations with a total amount of over VND 320 million.

In addition, the My Phuoc - Bau Bang road project has approved compensation for 206/208 applications, payment of compensation, support and resettlement of 201/206 applications (accounting for 97.57%), hand over to the investors with the area 191 records of 483,623.5 square meters.
