During the first 9 months of 2014, total value of Bau Bang district’s industrial production was nearly VND4,800bln, achieving 75% target, 113.62% compared to the last year. Trades and services reached over VND2,281bln, achieving 74% target, agriculture reached VND1,733bln, achieving over 74% target.

At the present, the district has 254 enterprises including 198 state-owned enterprises and 32 foreign-invested ones. Total budget revenue was VND254bln. Besides, social security, social affairs have been developed. Taking care of policy beneficiaries, poor people is focused.
