Binh Duong Trade and Development JSC (Becamex TDC) will start selling apartments at Phu My family tenement area tomorrow. Each apartment covers an area of 50-105sqm, ranging from VND173mil to VND500mil. Of which, banks will offer loans of up to 70 percent of the apartment's value. In the 1st phase, Phu My family tenement area will include 9 blocks of high-rise houses with 270 apartments (pictured).

The area is located at the hub of My Phuoc urban and industrial park in Ben Cat district and adjoins supermarkets, banks, theatre, hospital and hi-grade residential areas of Western Land, Ecolakes and so on.

Experts assessed that the area is an ideal living space with a synchronous planning design.
