Becamex Tokyu Joint Venture marks 1 year of establishment
Late March 20, at the Lucky Square Conference and Event Hall, Becamex Tokyu Co. Ltd. held a meeting to mark its 1 year of incorporation. Provincial leaders, Japanese diplomat mission, and representatives of sectors and departments joined the meeting.Becamex Tokyu Co. Ltd. is a joint venture of Japanese Tokyu Group and Vietnamese Becamex IDC, incorporated in March 2012 with objectives to develop urban area of Binh Duong Province. As a result, Tokyu Binh Duong Garden City at the center of Binh Duong New City was invested over USD 1.2 billion covering over 100 ha. Meantime, project of Sora Gardens is also being promoted by the first apartment sales announcement0On this occasion, the Company signed with 3 major banks in Vietnam including Vietinbank, Vietcombank, and Eximbank for funding support.Addressing the ceremony, Chair of Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Le Thanh Cung highly appreciated the competence of the joint venture in a bid of launching projects.Reported by T.
