In the management of natural resources and environment, Ben Cat town has continued supplementing in order to perfect the local land use planning until 2030 on the basis of people’s opinions; implemented land statistics in 2020.

On the other hand, the town has further reviewed and fulfilled a plan on the effective use of the local public land fund; allowed the change of land use purpose for 702 documents with a total  area of ​​25.4 hectares. The town also had opinions for 7 cases of appraisal of investment policy decision, investment location; 10 cases of environmental record verification; 2 cases of registration of underground water exploitation works.
