In 2020, total retail sales of goods and services of Ben Cat town reached 39,686 billion VND, up 26.3% over the same period last year, fulfilling 97.5% target assigned by the town People's Council's Resolution.

Accordingly, in 2020, the town carried out business registration procedures for 2,271 households, with a total capital of VND 711.3 billion. At present, the total number of individual business households in the town is 37,556, with a total registered capital of 8,902 billion VND. In addition, the passenger transport network has covered throughout the town with 286 vehicles, which have met the demand for commuting and goods transport of the people, especially during big holidays. In particular, public bus routes go through 5 wards and 3 communes; 2 bus routes connect the center of Ben Cat Town with Thu Dau Mot city and Binh Duong new city. During this year, 25,134 tons of goods and 507,578 passengers were transported, revenue reached about 1.9 billion VND.
