Le Thanh Cung, chairman of the provincial People’s Committee and leaders of departments and agencies exchange with reps of enterprises.

It was the statement of Le Thanh Cung, chairman of the provincial People’s Committee at the Sept. 30 meeting for enterprises in Vietnam-Singapore 1 Industrial Park (VSIP 1) and Viet Huong Industrial Park in Thuan An town. The meeting referred to implementation of support policy for enterprises in the province.

Based on announcement of departments, agencies, the Government’s support policy for enterprises has been launched positively, drastically and timely. Accordingly, the policy is to help enterprises recover their production and business.

At the working session, departments and agencies enthusiastically instructed enterprises to complete dossiers of exempting, reducing fees of land rent, receiving insurance money, assisting salary payment for workers and more.

Addressing the working session, Le Thanh Cung, chairman of the provincial People’s Committee encouraged enterprises to suggest instructions for the sake of solving difficulties. In the coming time, if facing obstacles, enterprises should send petitions to the provincial Industrial Park Management Committee to solve timely.

In terms of the VND1tril credit package for supporting enterprises affected by the past May incidents, credit contract signing between enterprises and banks will end on Dec. 31, 2014 but capital disbursement will prolong till the end of 2015. The local functional agencies will offer the best conditions for enterprises to approach this credit support package.

Also the same day, Tran Thanh Liem, vice chairman of the provincial People’s Committee and leaders of some departments, agencies paid a working session with enterprises in Song Than 1 and 2 and Dong An industrial parks to listen to enterprises’ ideas.

After learning about enterprises’ difficulties, Tran Thanh Liem steered relevant departments and agencies to offer the best conditions for enterprises to stabilize production and business.
