According to provincial Department of Information and Communications, Binh Duong has built up two data centers for e-government and government-to-commune dedicated data transmission network.

Up to now, 100% of provincial, district and commune bodies have complete internal network system. Public e-mail system operates with more than 6,900 5GB mailboxes issued; 94% of officials and civil servants often use official mailboxes for their work. Online video conferencing has been upgraded to cover all communes, wards and towns in the province with 110 endpoints.
