On October 3, a conference of deploying innovation index improvement tasks took place at provincial Administrative Center. Mr. Dang Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of provincial People's Committee, chaired the meeting. Attending the conference were representatives of departments, branches and localities.

The conference focused on implementation plan of innovation index improvement tasks in Binh Duong in the period of 2017-2020 in accordance with Decision No. 2091/QD-UBND as well as an overview report on global innovation index and role of localities in improving national innovation index. In addition, the conference also introduced a framework for the implementation of the Prime Minister's Directive No. 16 / CT-TTg dated 4th May 2016, the implementation plan of the project "National innovation startup ecosystem development up to 2025 in Binh Duong province period 2017-2020".

After the introduction of contents and discussion about main solutions to improve the business investment environment, enhance the national competitiveness, the conference come up with many basic, drastic solutions in the coming time. Accordingly, Binh Duong identified solution frameworks, roadmaps and measures to carry out each specific task to continue developing startups, improving competitiveness, strengthening capacity to approach the Industrial 4.0...
