On September 1, 2017, Tax Department of Binh Duong Province issued Official Letter No. 15553 / KH-CT on "Tax inspection plan and reorganization of tax management for business establishments" to improve efficiency, sense of compliance with tax laws; Ensure strictness, fairness in law enforcement and protection of interests among taxpayers; To intensify the examination and rectification of the tax administration by tax offices at grassroots level. Subjects to be inspected include non-state owned enterprises and business households in the province in fields of trade, catering, services, restaurants - hotels, spa, notary offices, liquor dealers, bars, supermarkets, trade centers, units declaring output value-added tax (VAT) shall be approximately equal to input VAT, construction materials, equipment and materials for production and business have a relationship in supplying inputs and outputs nationwide. Time to start of inspection against tax losses is from 15 Sep 2017 to 31 Dec 2017.
