 Over the past three years, provincial Business Bloc’s Party Committee and its affiliates strengthened the education work of the Party and State’s policies and laws in association with the “Studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals” campaign among the bloc’s officials, Party members and workers, aiming to raise their awareness of politics and discipline as well as improving their industrial working style.

Provincial Business Bloc’s Party Committee and its affiliates also always paid attention to enhancing the quality of human resources at businesses’ requirements. So far, there have been more than 20% of total laborers in the bloc getting vocational training.

Besides, they focused on promoting the development of trade union locals in a bid to protect laborers’ legitimate rights and interests. Over the past three years, the trade unions of province-based IPs set up 190 trade unions locals and admitted additional 70,000 trade unionists.

Provincial Business Bloc’s Party Committee also raised the operational quality of the Youth Union in businesses, aiming to gather and create useful playgrounds for Youth Union members. The bloc set up 13 Youth Union branches and admitted 356 Youth Union members; established 21 youth clubs, groups with 1,000 members in non-State businesses over the past three years. 124 outstanding workers were also admitted into the Communist Party of Vietnam…
