On September 6, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Minh received a delegation of Commercial & General Company (Australia) led by Jamie McClurg, Chairman of the company, who wanted to learn about some investment projects in medical and commercial sectors in the province.

At the meeting, Jamie McClurg assessed Binh Duong as a potential place to make investment and develop projects in healthcare, commercial sectors, integrated areas and industrial parks. Commercial & General Company wanted to learn about Becamex IDC Corporation's Hospital project and cooperate to develop a proton-based cancer treatment hospital and commercial real estate project.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Minh welcomed Commercial & General Company’s visit to explore the investment environment in Binh Duong province and develop medical and commercial projects, actively contributing to socio-economic development, provide better health care for the people. Binh Duong has been one of the prominent localities of the country in terms of FDI attraction.

Australia currently has 29 investment projects in Binh Duong, with a total investment capital of more than 132 million USD. Currently, Binh Duong is implementing many important transport projects to connect with neighboring provinces, cities, key economic regions as well as large-scale commercial, urban and service projects.

Commercial & General Company was established in 1997, with more than US$2 billion in total value of completed or under-development projects in fields of healthcare, industry, office, construction and management of high-quality residential, industrial and commercial real estate across Australia.
