Binh Duong Construction Consultant Investment Joint Stock Company (Biconsi) has basically fulfilled construction of the Phu Hoa social housing area project.

Built in Phu Hoa 1 residential area in TDM city’s Phu Hoa ward, the project includes 11 storeys, 1 basement and 1 technical roof storey with 331 apartments.

Homebuyers have to be revolutionary contributors, State employees, low-income earners…They will be supported to get loans from a VND30trillion-credit package with the lending interest rate of 5% per annum to buy apartments herein.

According to a representative of Biconsi, with the above completion, the company is expected to hand over apartments under the project to buyers on Sept.2016.
