 According to Economic Division of Dau Tieng District, irrigation works in the area basically ensured the drainage, watering and serve the local agricultural production needs. In July, the district collaborated with provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to check the safety conditions of dams and reservoirs in the district.

Up to now, the total cultivated area of food crops and vegetables in the summer-autumn crop is estimated at 1,188 ha (up 3% over the same period). In which, rice cultivating area is 162 ha (down 1.8% over the same period), fruit tree area is 650 ha (up 2.3% over the same period).
