To help local petrol business companies grasp new regulations of the item, the provincial department of Trade and Industry yesterday launched the Decree No.84/2009/ND-CP dated Oct. 15, 2009 on petrol business and Circular No.36/2009/TT-BCT dated Dec. 14, 2009 to nearly 300 local petrol shops and agents.

The Decree 84 has taken effect from Dec. 15, 2009 including 5 chapters and 35 articles that stipulates conditions of training fire control techniques and environmental protection for staff as well as builds “Price stable fund”.

Meanwhile, the Circular 36 includes 3 chapters and 10 articles with the common regulations of petrol business.
