programs set out by the 9th provincial party congress is to focus on
developing hi-quality service in attachment to urban industrial development.

According to orientations of service development set out by the 9th provincial party congress, the province will keep expanding and investing in hi-quality service such as telecommunication, finance, banking, trade, transport, real estate business and so on in the 2011-2015 period.
In addition, the locality will keep upgrading and investing in trade centers, supermarkets, rural markets in attachment to development of industrial parks and urban residential areas. The province will also facilitate local businesses’ production and export and spur trade promotion and expand export market expansion.
The province strives to reach about US$20bil in export turnover by 2015 and develop transport service, logistic service and so on to improve capacity and competition.
The provincial People’s Committee chairman Le Thanh Cung asked relevant agencies to sum up the service development program of 2006-2010 period and set out orientations for the 2011-2015 period. The chairman also steered the units to follow close the provincial party committee’s resolutions and orientations of the 11th central party committee.
Accordingly, development of hi-quality service must be synchronous to cater for local socio-economic development and national defense and security and pay attention to urban service, rural service and exploit local potentials.
After a search conducted by the local department of Investment and Planning, the unit held a meeting to collect ideas from functional agencies to set out concrete and proper programs.
In terms of export area, the locality will till 2015 strive to surge 30% of materials for production and export from 2010 and increase brain and technology content and win about US$20bil in export turnover.
As of Aug, 2011, the total export turnover was estimated to win US$5,034mil, a 3% increase from the same period last year, reaching 50.2% from 2011’s expected plan.
Statistically, other fields showed a good growth and were drastically implemented by all level agencies and sectors to complete goals of the 9th provincial party congress’ resolution.
