According to People's Committee of Di An City, in July, industrial production value was estimated at 9,983 billion VND, accumulated over first seven months of the year was estimated at more than 68,500 billion VND, equaling 59.17% of the year plan, up 15.65 % over the same period of 2020. Namely, FDI sector reached VND 38,074 billion (accounting for 55.55%); private economic sector reached 30,358 billion VND (accounting for 44.3%); State-owned economic sector reached 102 billion VND (accounting for 0.15%).

Di An City has now 206 enterprises, with 9,778 employees, registered to apply the "three-on-site" manufacture method. Amidst the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, Di An City puts more effort to implement the "dual goal", to expand many "green zones" to bring back the new normalcy according to the plan.
