Binh Duong Customs Bureau, said as of Aug. 2010, the total of businesses involving in customs procedures at the bureau reached 2,684 units, up 14% from 2009. Of these, local businesses amounted 1,400 (55.51%) and external companies (44.49%).

As for the number of declaration sheets, the bureau granted more than 350,000 sheets for businesses, up 27.53% from the previous last year. The total export revenue in the first eight months of this year reached over US$11bil, a 42.38% rise. The main export items include garment, footwear, timber, equipment, electronic products…

Also in the past 8 months, the bureau collected tax arrears with the value of over VND133bil.
