PVCombank, which was born from the merger of PetroVietnam Finance Corporation (PVFC) and Western Bank, officially debuted on October 4th. PVCombank – Binh Duong branch was also inaugurated on the morning of the same day.   Ribbon-cutting ceremony at the inauguration of PVCombank – Binh Duong branchPVCombank inherits legacy of professional competences from the two former, namely PVFC, which is the biggest financial institution in Vietnam, has many experiences of raising capital for projects in oil industry; and Western Bank, which has experiences of retailing with a nationwide network comprising 1 head office, 13 branches and 61 transaction offices, saving funds.
