Incentive policies for workers contribute to enhancing the effectiveness

of the operations of businesses

Workforce is one of the important elements to help stabilize and promote businesses’ development. The first tenement house for company workers with a total investment capital of VND30bln was put into operation in 2009, including 104 rooms of 32sq.m-72sq.m each. The company has also paid attention to adjusting salaries and other allowances for workers, helping them stabilize their lives.

Acecook Vietnam Joint Stock Co. in Thuan An district’s An Phu commune has also taken good care to the lives of workers. Noticeably, the company spent US$1.5bln on building a tenement house of 8,546sq.m for workers. This is now the most modern tenement house for workers in the province, including one ground floor and four storeys with 70 rooms.

For stable and sustainable development, businesses need to take good care of workers’ material and spiritual life. If so, workers will keep their mind on work, making contributions to their companies. Realizing this, in addition to the above-mentioned businesses, many other businesses, namely Showa, Gloves Vietnam Co.Ltd., Panko Vina Co.Ltd., RK Resourses Co.Ltd., Starwood Co.Ltd.,…have paid attention to workers via concrete actions, including investing and building houses for them…
