In the first seven months of 2021, provincial Market Management Department received 21 complaints, including 2 related to intellectual property infringement.

Accordingly, the Department transferred the two wrong cases to market control teams. These teams asked for all 15 trading companies and shops in the province with signs of infringement of intellectual property to  Honda Vietnam Company to sign commitments not violating this. Through inspection, the sector  also discovered that a company was producing counterfeit goods worth over VND 138 million. The case is being handled by the local police agency under the regulations.
