With a socially responsible spirit, Tran Thi Tra, Director of HTC Gloves Joint Stock Company (An Tay Industrial Park, Ben Cat Town), said that two factories of the company are striving to work at its full capacity to promptly supply gloves and medical protective equipment for disease prevention control work across the country. Currently, the company supplies 2,000 protective suits and 500,000 pairs of gloves every day to the market. In Binh Duong, in July, the company donated 4,000 protective suits and 25,000 glove pairs to frontline forces fighting the epidemic. The company wishes to aid staff, medical staff, doctors and forces in disease prevention control work.

Also with the hope of doing the best for local epidemic safety, Nguyen Van Phuong, Production Director of Messer Vietnam Industrial Gas Company (Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park 1) said, the company has 65 workers participating in "3 on-site" method to maintain production activities of compressed-gas products. The company prioritizes the production of oxygen gas to support Binh Duong health sector in the treatment of Covid-19 patients at hospitals. Messer Industrial Gas Company has a modern production line with investment capital of over $6 million, reaching a daily  capacity of about 1,600m3 of oxygen gas supplied to the market. Currently, the company can improve the production capacity 2,500m3 - 3,000m3 of oxygen gas/day to meet the disease prevention control demand of the province and surrounding areas. Currently, Directors Board of the company makes every effort to take care of workers during the "3 on-site" implementation period to maintain their production activities.

Tran Le Viet, Director of Bao Anh Medical Equipment Company (Di An City), said that now the company has stabilized the implementation of "3 on-site" to contribute to meeting the demand of disease prevention control work of the city and other areas. During this Covid-19 wave, the supply of medical masks is stable with the most stable prices, the company is trying to increase capacity to supply masks with adequate quantity and quality.

To protect workers' health

HTC Gloves Joint Stock Company recognizes the importance of maintaining production in the current conditions; thus from beginning of July, the company has implemented production according to "3 on-site" method with a detail plan to take care of employees. At present, the company continues to produce stably and receive great efforts from workers. The company organizes on-site accommodation in a closed process in order to protect the safety and health of workers in both factories. After 20 days of on-site production, the company also creates favorable conditions for workers having small children to stay also at the factory so that workers can feel secure.

According to Tran Le Viet, although the demand is urgent, the company has a plan to maintain production for a long time, avoiding excessive overtime to ensure the health of workers. The company regularly provides health check for workers in accordance with regulations of the health authority to ensure safety.

The current difficulty to companies of medical supplies and equipment is the shortage of labor when applying "3 on-site" production. At Omron Company (VSIP 2), which specializes in manufacture of blood pressure devices, the market demand is now increasing by 50%, but the company can hardly increase capacity because of the difficulty of human resource. The company is also making efforts to maintain production safety, take care of workers' health to maintain the "3 on-site" production according to the set plan.
