The Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Maritime Bank)’s Binh Duong Branch, on June 28, signed a credit agreement worth US$25mln to finance Ascendas-Protrade Co.Ltd. for building the Asecendas-Protrade Singapore Tech Park.

Covering 500 ha in Ben Cat district’s An Tay commune, the Asecendas-Protrade Singapore Tech Park has a total investment capital of US$150mln. The first and second phases of the project will be worked out on a 150 ha area. Once operational, the project will serve light and clean industries, generating jobs for more than 40,000 laborers.
