Such information is confirmed by Binh Duong Provincial Department of Industry and Trade (DIT) regarding the management of multi-level marketing in Binh Duong Province from the beginning of 2015. According to the department, the enterprises on applying for multi-level marketing to Vietnam Competition Authority (VCA) under Ministry of Industry and Trade (MIT) and on expanding its operations in Binh Duong Province have submitted notification of their multi-level marketing activities under timely and document conformity manner as per requirements.

From the beginning of the year, DIT has received and processed 59 dossiers (17 notification dossiers on multi-level marketing activities, 37 on multi-level marketing conferences and workshops, and 5 on amendments and supplementation of multi-level marketing activity notification) submitted by 17 multi-level marketing enterprises

The monitoring of multi-level marketing activities, as informed by DIT and due to limited personnel, faces certain challenges caused multi-level marketing entities established by individuals without business location.
