Nguyen Minh Hung, deputy general director of Nam Tan Uyen IP JSC, said the IP has lured 85 local and foreign projects, capitalized at VND1,020bil and US$865mil. Among the projects, 46 ones have put into operation.
He added the Government allowed the company to extend additional 300ha for the 2nd phase of the IP, lifting total area of the IP up to 630.5ha.
At present, the company has prepared to build infrastructure facility at the extended area in a bid to lure more investments.
