So far, North Tan Uyen district has lured 531 projects in industrial manufacture with more than VND9.1trillion. Among them, 185 have been poured investment capital into district-based industrial parks (Ips) and industrial compounds (ICs).

The district is now home to 4 Ips and ICs of more than 1,037 hectares with well-built infrastructure. As of now, Dat Cuoc Ip has lured 64 projects with the rate of land tenancy at 99%. Tan Uyen urban-industrial park has absorbed 58 projects with a total area of 174.9 hectares. Meanwhile, Tan Binh Ip and Tan My IC have drawn 51 and 12 projects with the rate of land tenancy at 76.87% and 32.6%, respectively.
