In the face of fluctuations in prices of materials and fuels, North Tan Uyen district has had many solutions to focus on solving difficulties and improving the investment climate to promote enterprises and cooperatives, contributing to the local socio-economic development and recovery.

Enterprises with positive contributions

North Tan Uyen district currently has more than 700 enterprises and cooperatives operating in production and business in many fields. They have actively contributed to the State budget, created jobs for thousands of workers, promoting the local socio-economic development.

In fact, enterprises have become important pillars of the local economy. Many important projects and works are invested by the business community, contributing to changing the local image, creating favorable conditions to improve people's material and spiritual lives. Typically, VSIP III Industrial Park (IP) in Tan Lap commune, Tan Binh Industrial Park in Tan Binh town, KSB Industrial Park in Dat Cuoc commune... with hundreds of enterprises have created jobs for tens of thousands of workers. Along with that, the activities of 26 cooperatives in the district have also contributed to poverty reduction, new-style rural construction, promoting the local economic development.

Phan The Hai, Director of Trieu Phu Loc Company in Tan Lap commune shared: “In 2020, our company built a new factory in North Tan Uyen district with ​​22 hectares in total. With the specificity of the wood production industry that needs a large space, we found that North Tan Uyen district was suitable, so we chose it for investment. After more than 2 years of operation, we realize that along with large land fund, North Tan Uyen district invests in infrastructure very methodically, with important roads having regional connectivity, which is a convenient condition for the transportation of goods. The district's policy mechanism is very open. The district’s leadership apparatus is close, ready to share, remove difficulties, support enterprises to develop ... ".

Thai Thanh Binh, Secretary of the district’s Party Committee, Chairman of the district’s People's Committee said that over the past time, production and business activities in the district faced many difficulties. However, the business community made efforts to overcome difficulties and adapt to production, helping the local economy continue maintaining stable growth, well implementing social welfare policies. Thanks to that, the district continuously completed and exceeded the local production plans”.

Locality accompanying enterprises

Over the past years, the business community in North Tan Uyen district made rapid progress in both quantity and quality. In order to deepen support, the district’s leaders regularly maintained dialogues with enterprises and cooperatives to remove obstacles in production and business activities. This helped many businesses and cooperatives frankly raise specific problems and recommendations to be solved, helping them feel secure in production and business.

Representative of Le Ngoc Tuong Vy Company in KSB industrial park in Dat Cuoc commune, Le Trung Hieu expressed: "Enterprises are in need of increasing their operational capacity and converting production processes to applying mechanization and automation. They are most worried about the power failure. If there is no electricity, their production and business plans will be affected seriously. I hope the district has a solution to ensure enough electricity supply to help enterprises boldly invest in production expansion". Vo Van Binh, Director of North Tan Uyen Electricity affirmed that the electricity sector in general and North Tan Uyen Electricity in particular will ensure adequate power supply in the coming time. The power grid ensures continuous safety without incidents, so enterprises can feel secure to invest in production expansion.

“As an enterprise in the district, we want and recommend the People's Committee of North Tan Uyen district to have investment policies in social works, commerce - services, entertainment and sports so that employees and their children living in the locality can enjoy, stabilize their lives with a long attachment, helping enterprises obtain sustainable development... ", Mr. Hai suggested.

Emphasizing on solutions to support enterprises, build and promote the role of entrepreneurs in the new era, Mr. Binh said: “Over the past years, the district made efforts in accompanying enterprises and was proactive to propose policies to support, improve the investment climate, attract capital from domestic and foreign enterprises; promoted  administrative reform and improved the quality and ethics of public service, especially for the contingent of cadres and civil servants directly working with enterprises; implemented the one-stop-shop mechanism to create favorable conditions and shorten the time in solving issues with organizations, citizens and enterprises; paid attention to investment in infrastructure, especially traffic infrastructure systems in terms of electricity, telecommunications, healthcare, education, culture... and maintained security-order to create all the most favorable conditions for enterprises to work.
