According to Thuan An city People’s Committee, the urban order re-establishment in the city in 2016-2020 has been enhanced by regular inspection and correction of any violation. Accordingly, the Urban Order Management Team of the city has coordinated with related sectors and people’s committees of communes and wards to sanction 6,580 cases, issuing 1,102 decisions of administrative sanctions in construction industry. The sanctions included fines and enforcement against 263 cases, fines and removal against 820 cases, fines against 6 contractors, and enforcement for re-instatement of 10 cases.

Besides, ward authorities have dispatched to sanction on violation in terms of urban, construction order, traffic safety, and environment safety on routes and make-shift market places in the locality. As a result, 1,446 cases of self-removal by the public, 539 cases of documented requirements for removal and forced removal of 520 cases, and administrative sanctions against 649 cases have been implemented.
