In Q1, 2017, Thuan An town’s industrial production value was estimated at more than VND45.8trillion, up 9% compared to last year’s corresponding period.

Of the total figure, more than VND31.78trillion came from town-based FDI enterprises.

The town’s industries of food-beverage, garment, footwear, furniture, chemicals, electronics…gained growth in production value in the period.

According to the town’s labor structure in industrial manufacture, laborers focus on 5 industries of garment (21%), footwear (20%), furniture (15%), electronics (7%) and food processing (6%).
