The PPC has issued a plan to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in 2021 in the province. Accordingly, the province supports the development of human resources, namely: To hold at least 1 training course for startup, 1 Business Administration Class (30 Students/Class) for SMEs in the province; to prioritize training for SMEs to transform from business households, SMEs to participate in joint-venture clusters, value chains, and innovative SMEs; 50% support for  3-month primary-level training course for truck drivers of transport establishments in the province.

Consulting support, namely: To support 100% advisory contract value for at least 3 microenterprises, support value is not more than 3 million VND/business; Support 30% advisory contract value for at least 5 small enterprises, support value is not more than 5 million VND/business; Support 10% advisory contract value for at least 10 medium enterprises, support value is not more than 10 million VND/business.

Legal support, namely: Organizing tax policy training for start-up businesses; Organizing workshops to introduce investment policies in agriculture and rural sectors. Support innovative SMEs, namely: Thematic trainings to assist enterprises in intellectual property law; Procedures for establishing the rights of intellectual property objects; Procedures for protection of intellectual property rights; Look up information and evaluate the ability to protect trademarks; to provide basic knowledge trainings on intellectual property laws, industrial property rights; to improve intellectual property management capacity at enterprises; financial support for the registration of intellectual property rights...

Support in fields of standard-measurement-quality, namely: To support enterprises in certify and announce standard and regulation; support enterprises to develop, apply, and certify advanced quality management systems... Besides, information and propagation activities will be carried out to support SMEs; conferences and seminars to support SMEs.
