The provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision on assigning the target of public investment balancing plan for 2017. This Decision replaced Decision No. 2598/QD-UBND dated September 28, 2017 of provincial People's Committee on allocating targets of public investment balancing in 2017 (2nd time).

Accordingly, the allocation of targets of public investment balancing in 2017 was VND 7,314 trillion 318 million, which was unchanged compared to the total adjusted investment capital of 2017 in accordance with Decision No. 2598 / QD-UBND dated September 28, 2017 of the PPC. In this amount, the central budget was VND1,156 billion 406 million for 2 projects; local budget was VND6.157 billion 912 million for 380 projects. The Public investment balancing plan 2017 aimed at adjusting the allocation of public sector investment funds to specific sectors, branches, districts, city, and the list of investment projects.
