Yesterday’s afternoon of May 6th, Provincial People’s Committee Deputy Chairman Pham Hoang Ha hosted a meeting, listening to draft of State’s management policies towards industrial hub in the province. The draft was presented by Department of Trade and Industry through 3 chapters and 14 articles, of which chapter 2 is the most important for its ruling on planning, establishing, and adding up plans to industrial hubs. The chapter also includes State’s administration of land and site clearance for industrial hubs construction, State’s administration of infrastructure investment in industrial hub, State’s administration of environment protection, and obligations of investors and business.

Hosting the meeting, Chairman Pham Hoang Ha called for favorable environment and conditions for enterprises, organizations, and individuals who invest to construction of and business in the infra-structure of industrial hubs by continuous work-out of the draft so that the Provincial People’s Committee could issue regulations on management.
