Binh Duong Construction and Civil Engineering Joint Stock Company (BCCE) has just held the 2011annual shareholders’ meeting to approve its production-business results last year and design plans for 2011 (photo).

In 2010, BCCE obtained positive results in terms of construction and real estate.
