At present, the province has 27 scientific and technological institutes, including 6 public organizations and 21 non-public organizations. Total employee of this sector is 306 persons, of which there are 24 PhDs, 59 masters, 132 bachelors and colleges.

Besides, the province has 3 scientific and technological enterprises, including Minh Long I Company, Thien Duoc Company and CAXE Thermal and Environmental Engineering Company. According to Department of Science and Technology, these enterprises have been operating well, stably and developing.
