Total commodity sale and service income up 31.2%

  In October 2010, total commodity sale and service income in Hanoi posted nearly 79.6 trillion, up 3.2% from the previous month and up 39.1% compared to the same period last year. Of this, retail sale reached VND 19.67 trillion, up 5.1% from the previous month and 35.4% compared to the same period last year.

October is one of the months seeing the highest increase in sale. On the whole, in the first ten months of 2010, total commodity sale and service income posted nearly VND 733.8 trillion , up 31.2% compared to the same period last year, including VND 168.32 trillion of retail sale, up 32.6%.
