The Farmers’ Society of Binh Chuan ward in Thuan An town, on Oct.29, coordinated with Thuan An town’s Plant Protection Station to organize a training course on how to grow safe vegetables under VietGap standard for more than 30 members.

During the 5-day training course, the local farmers will be taught basic knowledge about how to grow safe vegetables under VietGap standard, how to prevent pestilent insects and use pesticides in a proper way…

It is known that the whole ward is home to 76 households growing vegetables on a 39.4 hectares, including 17.2 hectares under harvest.
