Since 2016, the province has rechecked and tightened control over State budget revenues.

The province’s State budget for public investment for 2016-2019 was VND25.5trillion or 85% compared to the 2016-2020 mid-term public investment plan approved. The province also ensured public investment capital from State budget, giving priority to major works under provincial Party Committee’s Program No.23 Ctr/TU with total capital of more than VND15.82trillion or 47.7% of total capital under the plan on adjustment of mid-term public investment capital for 2016-2020 and disbursed more than VND10.36trillion or 65.5% of the set plan.

In addition, the province granted VND1.57 trillion in credit capital to projects on infrastructure development. In 2020, the program has continued providing these projects with additional VND1.9trillion in credit capital; added VND600billion in charter capital into relevant funds.
