Over the past six months, province-based Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Parks (VSIPs) have attracted more than VND516.32trillion in domestic capital. They have to date lured 27 domestic projects with a total registered capital of more than VND4.01trillion.

They also absorbed nearly US$652million in FDI capital, up 61.65% compared to the same period last year or 186.25% of the year’s plan. Particularly, there were 21 newly-registered projects with more than US$555.1million and 22 extra-ones with nearly US$97million.

So far, they have had a total of 501 valid projects with a total registered capital of US$7.47billion, including 444 ones in operation.
