 Binh Duong Province is a province of fast industrial growth with 28 industrial parks bringing benefits by attracting investment.

In those historic days of August, magical transformation of districts and towns in Binh Duong has been visible to visitors who were not convinced 10 years ago. Industrial parks have effectively attracted investors to develop economy.

In Thuan An Town, VSIP 1, an icon of friendly cooperation, is comparable to industrial parks in Ben Cat District where wars were so fierce. The industrial parks in Ben Cat District covering totally 6,600 hectares and hosted by Becamex IDC has now attracted nearly 400 foreign investment projects from 24 nations and territories at the cost of about USD 3 billion. Viet Huong IP 2 is being developed in an area of 250 hectares by Viet Huong Development JSC. Currently, 35 foreign investment projects are attracted to this industrial park at the cost of USD 330 million. Next to Viet Huong IP 2 are constructing industrial parks of An Tay and Rach Bap which are promising for investment attractiveness.

Not only Thuan An Town and Ben Cat District, Tan Uyen District has been now transformed into place attractive to thousands of enterprises in industrial parks such as Dat Cuoc and Nam Tan Uyen. Dat Cuoc Industrial Park, which is established in 2007, is in ownership of Binh Duong Construction and Mineral JSC. Dat Cuoc Industrial Park has attracted 27 projects at USD 54 million and VND 704 billion with 16 operating enterprises. Next to it is Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park invested by Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park JSC in an area of 330.5 hectares licensed from 2005. Up to date, Nam Tan Uyen Industrial Park has attracted 45 investment projects at over VND 2,100 billion and USD 90 million with 39 operating enterprises.

The mentioned achievements are so-called flowers bloom from fires of shade of wars. It was thanks to provincial authority that industrial development picture in the province is brighter. Unity of authority and the people has brought in wealth for the people and nation.

By implementing resolutions into real life, leaders of Binh Duong Province are determined to prioritize industry as major economic force of province’s industrialization and modernization.
