The province has actively absorbed resources outside the State budget for investment during the 2016-2020 period.

Accordingly, there are 243 housing projects under construction, including 87 new ones with total investment of VND22.62trillion. The whole province has so far had a total of 381 housing projects with 5,933 hectares in total or 67.3% of the province’s plan on housing development. The province’s total area for social housing floor has reached around 925,000 square meters. Noticeably, Becamex IDC has built 118,231 social housing apartments, supplying accommodations for 319,171 people.
