Joint Stock Co. (Biconsi) and the Vietnam Development Bank’s Binh Duong Branch jointly
held a ground breaking ceremony for the Bach Dang Trade-Service Center (photo),
which is located along the Saigon River in TDM town’s Phu Cuong ward.
Covering 67,000sq.m, the work includes a complex of trade-service center, hotel, high-class apartments, villas…with a total investment capital of more than VND940bln.
