It was an idea of Mai Thi Dung, standing member of the provincial People’s Council cum head of local Socio-Culture Committee at a survey visit to Xuan Hieu Garment Ltd. on April 15.

General Director of the company, said the company has over 700 workers, 80% of whom are female workers. It in early months of this year faced difficulties of completing its proposed plans, owing to shortage of human resources. To lure more labor force, the company has set out many policies for laborers.

Addressing the visit, Dung assessed that the company excelled allowances for laborers’ material and spiritual life but noting that it should excel social insurance regulations and remind its laborers to complete labor safety and hygiene and fire control.
