In 2009, Becamex IDC reached and exceeded its targets with the completion of infrastructure facilities of My Phuoc 1,2,3 IPs, Thoi Hoa and Bau Bang urban and industrial parks.

Meanwhile, two IPs of VSIP1 & 2 lured 14 more projects, lifting total projects in the 2 IPs to 446, capitalized at US$2.6bil. An industrial park project in Bac Ninh northern province won nearly 70% of site clearance area whilst another project in Hai Phong lured 12 investors.

After one year of launching Becamex Center City project, more than 95% of site clearance area was finalized whilst Binh Duong urban-service-industry complex completed key items.

Also the past year, the company reaped VND2,2tril, paying over VND1tril to the State budget.
