According to People's Committee of Bau Bang district, in 2021 the district focused on directing branches and areas to perform socio-economic development tasks and gained good results. Namely, budget revenue exceeded the assigned target in 2021. Total budget revenue in the area is estimated at more than 1,348 billion VND, reaching 118.19% target assigned by the province and 101.29% target assigned by Resolution of the District People's Council.

During the year, Bau Bang is estimated to spend more than 991 billion VND, reaching 120.03% target assigned by the province and 97.64% target assigned by Resolution of the District People's Council; of which investment and development spending was more than 122 billion VND, total regular spending was more than 869 billion VND. Local budget revenues and expenditures were balanced and in accordance with regulations.
