D-com 3G is a specialized device constructed to a USB device with mobile SIM to use telecommunication frequency. Therefore, wherever mobile frequency is present, the device can facilitate internet connection at high speed for any computers. 3G or 3rd Generation Technology can offer wireless ADSL connection which reduces risks of lightening, electric surge or broken lines.

Its outstanding functionality is for market niche that many suppliers failed to reach. That is the demand of entrepreneurs, journalists, and those who need communication any time they are out on cars, trains, or journeys.

Viettel also divides its D-com 3G service into prepaid and tallied subscription with VAT included, offering attractive promotion to charge of VND 30,000 for 600Mb of connection.
