Steering board to develop cow and buffalo breeding in Dau Tieng district has revealed that the locality has paid out some VND 4,747 million in loans to 323 households of farmers from a favorable fund in 2009.

The local herd, therefore, has expanded to 1,071 individuals in a well-developed breeding program. The steering board considered the effectiveness of the fund helping farmers to invest to and expand their raising herds as well as offering jobs to idle rural laborers.
