Early December 16, Ben Cat town People’s Council organized its 4^th session of the 12^th tenure in 2021-2016.

In 2021, the town People's Council has basically completed the set goals, notably the application of information technology in the process of performing the duties of the elected deputies has kept on to be improved to reduce the number of documents and papers presented at the meeting of the town Council. In addition, the coordination between the Standing and the People's Council committees, the People's Committee, the Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee of the town is increasingly closer.

In 2021, despite many difficulties, the town's economic growth rate has still reached 10.8%. The total production value of the town reached nearly VND 193,000 billion - an increase of 17.2% compared to 2020; total state budget revenue reached more than VND 2,900 billion - an increase of 25% compared to the plan assigned by the province and the resolution of the town council. During the year, the town has actively implemented online teaching methods to ensure safety, suitable to the needs and actual conditions of the COVID-19 epidemic situations.

The session continues and closes on December 17.
