A big fire broke out yesterday at 13:30 at Ba Thanh Furniture Trading and Production Ltd in Di An district’s Dong Hoa commune.

The blaze occurred at the company’s 800sq.m-warehouse with finished products. Company workers initially attacked the blaze with anti-fire equipment invested by the company, but they could not bring it under control.  Di An district’s firefighters then arrived and successfully extinguish the blaze within 30 minutes.

There were no fatalities, but the 800-sqm warehouse was burnt to ground (photo). The cause of the blaze are under investigation.
