In 2009, Phu Giao district’s Farmers’Society joined hands with sectors and mass organizations to mobilize and disburse VND26,234mln in loans for 1,388 turns of members to do business. Consequently, there were around 288 farmer households rising up out of poverty.

The district’s Farmers’Society also teamed up with the district’s Agriculture Promotion Station, Economic Division, Plant Protection Station…to implement the mushroom-growing projects, enhance the productivity of rubber plantations, visit the crossbred wild-breeding models and the green skin-pomelo growing-model....
